Our client is looking to recruit an Internal Communications Coordinator to come on board and join their growing team.
This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys the administration side of things as well as creating internal communications content.
The role is home-based but you will have to come into London on occasion to meet with your team for meetings and team days.
We are looking for someone who can turn their hand to anything and have the vision and ambition to be in a role they can develop and make their own.
Your key responsibilities would include the following:
Attend client meetings and briefings (virtual and face-to-face)
Writing project briefs and timelines for the various projects, the teams are working on and updating them as the project progresses
Liaising with clients to keep them updated and inform them of any changes/delays
Writing and distributing weekly reports and updating the necessary teams and clients as and when required
Undertaking all client invoicing and budget management
Ensuring all creative work meets our respective client’s brand requirements
Managing the process for proofing final content and assets
Being involved in brainstorming / scoping activities at the start of each project
Researching key trends (especially in Digital) with regard to employee engagement
Using your writing skills to help shape core messaging/narrative/video and e-learning scripts
Updating and editing content on our client’s Sharepoint/websites.
Monitoring and updating the client’s and companies website when required
Working with/for large international organizations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven project and client management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities
Being highly articulate and able to interact with clients whose mother tongue may not be English
Being fully set-up and happy to work remotely and travel to London occasionally when required
Past experience of working within a communications / marketing function, either agency-side or in-house.
The ability to manage third party agencies, from briefing through to delivery.
Experience /knowledge of Digital marketing campaigns.
