We are looking to recruit internal communications professionals who have gained experience working in-house or client-facing for a leading management consultancy based in central London. 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of change communications projects for various organisations within the public and private sectors. 

The skills you have: 

• Experienced internal communications professional with house, agency or management consultancy experience with demonstrable experience delivering change communication programmes 

• A skilled problem solver, someone who thinks outside the box, is creative, curious, and can provide solutions for your clients.

• Comfortable and confident taking the lead and being strategic and willing to roll your sleeves up to get things done.   

• A trend follower: Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, new ways of working, engagement platforms and channels

• A strong relationship builder: Approachable, personable and an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and management experience

Responsibilities: 

• Support your clients by taking the lead, planning and contributing to the delivery of multiple projects and change/ transformation programmes 

• Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships 

• Analyse problems, deliver insights and sustainable solutions by taking a practical approach to solving problems and issues 

• Contribute to the development of change management strategies and plans
