​We are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to join the communications team at a fast paced, culturally rich, global consulting company. The role will focus on employee change

The role:

  • Manage change and communication project delivery from the point of agreement of project scope, through implementation and delivery and right up to final evaluation, working with a Senior Communication Consultant / Principal.

  • Help to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, produce and manage all client communication collateral on time and to budget using your strong writing skills and project management abilities.

  • Draft, review, and edit customised HR communication materials in simple language for targeted audiences using appropriate media utilising MS Word, PowerPoint. An awareness of online solutions for delivery would be helpful.

  • Interact with clients on a regular basis by answering questions, handling edits or changes, and providing requested materials over the phone, via e-mail or by attending client meetings.

The ideal candidate

  • Good hands-on experience in strategic communications, change communications, change management or related field

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of change management with a specialism / focus on communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and tailor content for different purposes, making it relevant to different audiences, and for delivery across a variety of channels and media

  • Strong editing skills, with an eye for detail

  • Communication experience supporting employee Health / Wellbeing, Benefits, Pension / Wealth initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Communications, PR, Journalism

  • Ability to work thoughtfully and accurately across client projects in a fast paced environment

  • Previous experience supporting HR and wider organisational change / transformation initiatives
