Transport provider requires an experienced Internal Communications professional for a 12 month contract to operate as an Internal Communications Business Partner during a period of high change and with a hard to reach workforce.  They will specifically support continuous improvement change programme and support functions with internal communications and engagement.

Specifics include:

• Assisting with delivery IC strategy and regular drumbeat of comms
• Create engaging content for a range of newsletters, intranet and other digital and traditional platforms
• Track and measure IC outputs
• Project manage events
• Help to introduce new digital tools and solutions
