​Internal Communications Business Partner

Up to £60,000 DOE plus benefits

London (hybrid)

  • I am working with a brilliant forward thinking organisation who are looking for an IC Business Partner.

  • You will be working with a number of senior stakeholders and providing them with best practice Internal Communications guidance, and will be responsible for driving transformational internal communications and employee engagement to drive and roll out key strategies and programmes.

  • You will be creating content for a number of different internal platforms and working on a number of different initiatives from ED&I, employee engagement and change communications.

  • You will work with a brilliant Head of Internal Communications and be responsible for both tactical and strategic communications.

Experience required:

  • Experience working as a business partner in a complex organisation within an internal communications function.

  • Passion for Internal Communications
