Internal Communications Business Partner

Service provider requires an experienced internal communications professional to join their busy team for an initial 12 month contract.  Supporting two different directives during a period of high change, the Internal Communications Business Partner with work with each leader to develop their engagement strategy and plan, create a regular drum beat of comms, oversee events activity, coach and improve two way channels for a hard to reach workforce. 

The successful applicant must:

  • have previous internal communications experience at business partner / senior  level
  • demonstrate a track record of improving employee engagement
  • able to establish relationships with senior stakeholders and be seen as a trusted advisor able to coach and challenge
  • have previous change communications experience

This is a contract role and requires applicants to be available at short notice – under one month. It is based in Scotland and is home working to start but expectation is that role holder will work on site later in the contract at least four days a week.
