My client, a well-known retailer based in the East Midlands, is looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner to help build and and maximise colleague engagement across their multi-site and diverse work force. Reporting into the Senior Internal Comms Manager, you will specifically focus on improving the communication of business initiatives and policies to help improve understanding and engagement through multi-channel campaigns and engaging content.  A proven track record in internal comms gained in a commercial, multi-site organisation is essential for this role along with specific experience in change comms and engagement. This is a fantastic role for an internal comms specialist looking for their next challenge in a fast-paced and complex organisation.
