Exciting opportunity to join a much loved global FMCG brand as the Communications & Engagement Manager on a 6 months contract. You’ll lead the global comms and engagement strategy working closely with the MD and People Director. This role requires someone who can work autonomously on the delivery and tactical work as well as the overall strategic plans. You will also lead the company events with the support of the wider function:

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver a global internal communications and engagement strategy that engages and inspires colleagues and the wider business
  • Create all content, initiatives, events and programs including a complete revamp of the current internal communications to deliver a world class communications and engagement agenda across the Group
  • Determine the effectiveness of current internal communications and drive continuous improvement taking in to account latest techniques, approaches with the ability to apply new technologies to increase engagement and drive cultural change

Experience:

  • Experience of developing internal communications strategy, plans and tools in a global matrix organisation
  • Proven experience in developing employee engagement strategies, plan and tools in a global matrix organisation
  • Experience of leading projects and events
  • Experience of measuring the impact of internal communications
