Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to greatly raise awareness of the organisation amongst key audiences aligned to their mission areas.
Responsible for strategic planning, tactical execution and reporting of all marketing activity including website, social media, paid digital, events, newsletter, content and PR to drive brand awareness, support funder/partner acquisition and retention.
Create compelling campaigns that support the business development leads to secure new partnerships.
Develop and oversee strategies to optimise and digitalise the marketing process and platforms.
Line manage a team of 2 plus a PR agency and web developers.
Work with the Communications Manager to provide best practice communications support.
Ensure equity, diversity and inclusion is actively considered across all Marketing & Communications activity.
You will be an experienced leader who can provide expert advice, influence and challenge within the Senior Leadership Team.
You will have prior experience managing teams, budgets and agencies.
A B2B background is ideal and experience working for an enterprise organisation/Not For Profit would be helpful.
