Exciting opportunity for a Head of Communications to join a global organisation in the precious metals industry. You will report into the CEO and be responsible for a small team.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and Leadership team to create and deliver dynamic Marketing & Communications strategies that engage with key stakeholder and aligns with the organisation’s vision and objectives
• Develop and manage the Marketing & Communications strategy with digital as a key focus
• Oversee all PR activity and collateral
• Identify relevant events for the CEO and senior leadership to attend/present at, supporting with the creation of presentation materials
• Manage the Marketing Communication and Events team to ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively
• Oversee the delivery of communications and materials for all small and large-scale international events (conferences, seminars, forums, webinars, dinners etc)
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and be a trusted Comms advisor

Key skills:

• You will be a strategic leader, yet be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in
• Prior experience briefing senior leadership
• Experience in public speaking and media contact
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage unforeseen situations
• Proven experience in creating and delivering integrated B2B Marketing & Communications strategies
• A knowledge and background of the precious metals industry is required
