Job Purpose:

• Work with the wider Brand, Content and Channels team on the development of the brand strategy and visual identity.

• Production and deployment of engaging digital content assets online, social media etc.

• The role involves providing in-house multi-channel creative design services providing internal and external design support.

• Work on the development and management of an image library that meets the brand and platform visual identity/look and feel.

• Think creatively to produce new ideas, and concepts and developing interactive designs.

• Monitor the performance of content assets, developing insights from the data available to optimise and improve future asset creation.

• Drive consistency, quality and alignment of collateral across online communications with Group brand and guidelines.

• Work with and manage external suppliers and agencies as required ensuring they deliver to brand guidelines and quality standards.

• To take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone who has at least 4 years within a corporate organisation in a similar role

• Global experience

• Extreme attention to detail

• Superb stakeholder management

• Take instruction and lead

• Works effectively and efficiently to deadlines
