A financial services business with ambitious growth plans, needs an experienced senior employee engagement and experience specialist to join them during a busy period for a 12 month maternity cover contract.
Working with Head of Employee Experience and wider HR team, this person will develop a strong employee value proposition: end-to-end employee journey, ensure a strong listening culture, revamp reward and recognition, wellbeing campaigns and understand how to use data and insights to shape business plans.
Specific activities include:
Review and audit channels and put in plan to improve including strong measurement and analytics.
Develop employer brand aligned to winder vision and values.
Develop employee value proposition strategy and and reward and recognition scheme.
Working with manager population to upskill and better engage teams.
Calendar of campaign work across wellbeing, health and safety, D & I.
Lead employee survey and post programme.
Support change comms programmes.
Must have previous employee engagement experience ideally gained in financial services or other corporate business, able to professionally challenge and gain buy in from stakeholders to be seen as a trusted advisor. Excellent writer and digital capabilities.
Flex working is two days on site and three from home.
As this is a contract position, candidates must be available one month’s notice or less.
