Our client, a leading global engineering, design and project management consultancy, is hiring for an Employee Benefits Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for the management of the organisation’s employee benefits across the UK and Europe. Utilising expertise of employee benefits and rewards, you will successfully deliver a benefits programme to over 10,000 employees, including an annual flexible benefits package and a strong wellbeing agenda.

 This position is hybrid, with a minimum requirement of 2 days in-office, between Epsom and Bristol.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead the delivery of the employee benefits programme across the UK and Europe, including the annual system-led flexible benefits activities

  • Be responsible for the employee benefit programme design and employee communications

  • Work with key stakeholders, including senior managers to implement new benefit activities

  • Lead the UK health and wellbeing agenda, collaborating with wellbeing teams to deliver an effective wellbeing benefits plan

  • Support European regions with implementing regional benefit plans

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in employee benefits, with strong experience in flexible benefits

  • Experience with Darwin, or a similar flexible benefits platform

  • Degree or CIPD qualification

  • Proven project management experience with the ability to deliver

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders/management
