My client are a leading global agency who are the “ones to watch”.  They have grown significantly, hired some amazing names in the industry and won over 50 new clients within the last year!  Due to this success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Director to join the Brand and Reputation side of the business. 

You will be a consumer expert with global brand experience alongside having a corporate reputation background.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Driving new business and managing account teams
• Providing senior level counsel
• Support the Head of to ensure client retention, delivery and profitability
• Proactively look for new opportunities
• Deliver media relations strategies
• Assist with major crisis and issues management

Skills

• Have a good blend of corporate and consumer experience
• Have worked or are currently working agency side
• Have a proven track record of new business and client management
• Be able to inspire, nurture and lead teams
