Superb opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join a leading global consultancy firm.
London based, hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home).
Would suit an agency applicant looking to make the move in house.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Digital Marketing manager and will work with the relevant business leaders and the rest of the marketing team, you will help to increase the lead generation and commercialisation potential of all marketing campaigns.
There is a need to develop, implement and drive ROI from more systematic inbound/outbound marketing through email nurturing programs and ‘always on’ digital marketing to capture new contacts and leads.
You will have a network of key stakeholders in the sales enablement teams to dovetail marketing campaigns with the sales strategy and enablement plans to generate increased client engagement and funnel pull through.
Role & Responsibilities:
Working with the Digital Marketing, Enablement & Lead Nurture Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the way the website and digital assets come together to support our client engagement, revenue and branding objectives
Implementation of our UK digital marketing roadmap, aligned with our overall business and marketing objectives to support our UK growth agenda
Deliver a high performing “always on” experience including organic and paid search, content marketing, UX/UI, e-Commerce, blogs, personalization, marketing-automation capabilities, etc
Collaborate with the business line marketing managers and apply the digital marketing lens to campaigns, supporting the delivery of enhanced client engagement
Leverage our analytics and data sources to continuously enhance our UK digital footprint, client/user insights, personalization capability and overall marketing intelligence
Ensure compliance and protect brand reputation through robust and effective management of our online presence
Collaborate with the Global Social Media team to support the implementation of the UK search marketing strategy
Work in partnership with the campaign execution colleagues in the UK Marketing team to enhance our email automation processes
Support the lead nurture programme, qualifying leads and driving the “baton pass” back to the business and sales teams to support opportunity follow-up and pull through the sales funnel
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in developing and executing an “always-on” inbound digital marketing presence that successfully amplified brand, client/prospect engagement and web based revenue conversion
Strong data/analytics expertise and related proven experience in the use of analytics by Marketers for insights and decision-making
Experience in and current knowledge of data/compliance requirements (eg GDPR, CCPA, etc) and considerations including around cookie consent management and data capture as core foundations of compliance, personalisation and 360 degree client/prospect insights
Proven ability to deliver operational excellence as well as achievement of results in partnership with multiple stakeholders
Current and broad Martech knowledge including across marketing automation, personalisation, ABM/intent platforms and analytics
Proven business acumen within a growth and dynamic environment
