Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading London property firm on a permanent basis. 

The successful candidate will have a broad channel remit and be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns and BAU, with the support of agencies for channel executions. 

Hybrid working: 3 or 4 days in London office, 1 or 2 from home.

Roles & responsibilities: 

  • Develop and lead the company digital marketing strategy

  • Lead the agency relationship for digital acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social etc)

  • Optimise performance across paid media channels & digital acquisition through regular development and implementation of creative ideas with internal teams and agency consultancy

  • Lead PPC & SEO strategy in conjunction with agency & team support for execution

  • Monitor and report on channel and organic performance via GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other data sources to provide in depth insight on performance

  • Adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities identifying areas to grow, run tests and improve channels to optimise ROI

  • Lead & manage on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to identify conversion improvements with on-site activity (including A/B testing) or channel/traffic acquisition

  • Acting commercially at all times; continually review the cost base and search for efficiencies in delivering ahead of forecast

  • Responsible for leading and managing new content on the website to enhance engagement

  • Oversee technical management of CRM tool (Hubspot) from a customer acquisition/retention perspective

  • Lead the customer data strategy, in terms of owning the customer data and following best practice in terms of a single customer view and ability to analyse and segment this data

Skills & experience:

  • Strong experience across digital marketing channels and website management

  • Exceptional communication, creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Marketing material production

  • Analytics and ROI assessment

  • Comfortable managing an allocating digital marketing budget to ensure maximise ROI
