Exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Analyst to join a global commercial workspace group.

The successful applicant will act as a key conduit between the digital marketing team and leadership and contribute to decision-making across all aspects of digital marketing, ultimately supporting our company growth objectives.

Report directly into senior management to communicate digital performance and strategy, whilst ensuring commerciality is at the heart of digital approach.

Highly flexible working options, Central London based.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal digital team and external digital agency, to communicate the performance of digital marketing channels to leadership team

  • Support in the development and execution of digital marketing activities across various channels

  • Identify and apply the most appropriate analytical techniques to bring different sources together to communicate digital marketing activities to leadership team

  • Develop strategies for driving website traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads

  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics and identify areas of improvement

  • Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for growing and converting business leads

  • Use data analysis and other tools to support on optimising campaigns for improved performance

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business goals

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaign success

  • Work with data and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and report digital strategy to key stakeholders

  • Support on the development of digital marketing forecasts 

Skills & Experience

  • 4/5 years B2B digital marketing experience

  • Strong commercial awareness

  • Must have experience creating or modifying existing SQL queries and a strong understanding of database structures

  • Technical understanding and use of Power BI, Google Marketing Platform, Tag Management Solutions, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach

  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey digital strategies & principles to leadership

  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing analysis

  • Used to working autonomously in an agile manner
