Digital Experience Manager

Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Digital Experience Manager, to join a global B2B insurance firm on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the digital experience in order to enhance brand awareness and differentiation in a competitive market.

Requirement to be strategically minded whilst also comfortable with hands on delivery, the role sits within an international marketing & communications team.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Deliver the creation, scheduling, and activation of engaging social media content across various formats (written, video, multimedia)

  • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic objectives

  • Execute, with agency support, local and global digital marketing campaigns, spanning both owned and paid channels

  • Provide actionable data insights and reports to the Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring informed decision-making

  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators to refine content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track and visualise performance metrics

  • Assist in the development and personalisation of digital experiences, ensuring seamless interactions for users

  • Contribute to an experimentation-led approach, testing and iterating strategies for continuous improvement

  • Support the evolution of web development projects and customer portals, enhancing usability and engagement

  • Implement best practices and standardised processes to improve campaign execution and collaboration

  • Use marketing data insights to recommend optimisations that drive overall performance

 

Skills & experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or communications role within a global B2B organisation.

  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale websites, ensuring seamless content management and collaboration with multiple contributors

  • Experienced in Content Management Systems and Digital Experience Platforms to enhance digital engagement

  • Deep understanding of social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube, including their paid advertising capabilities

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools, including SEO platforms, social media management software, and email marketing solutions

  • Expertise in leveraging Google Marketing Platform, with a focus on GA4 analytics and performance reporting

  • Curious & agile mindset with appetite for professional learning and development
