I am once again working with a really great, purpose-led organisation to help find them a Digital Content Executive. This position would be well-suited to someone with prior digital content creation experience looking to take the next step and further their career. You will need to be on site in London Bridge 3 times a week. This role is full-time and permanent.
Ensure that website content provides a great user experience.
Assist with the day-to-day running of the client’s website with a view to maintaining high levels of customer understanding and satisfaction for end users.
Using the content management platform to upload and update web content, ensuring that user journeys are optimised.
Provide support with all website BAU activity.
Support the marketing team in getting messages on to the website in efficient and timely manner, create new pages and forms, make copy changes and business updates.
Support with content editing for websites built on other platforms – e.g. WordPress and Umbraco
Work with other Digital Content team members to ensure web content is consistent and on-brand.
Build relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and SLAs
Support with implementation of our SEO strategy.
Follow and champion best practise to ensure website content is accessible and optimised for any type of user.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with a CMS system, e.g. Sitecore
Experience working with editing images in Photoshop
Familiar working with collaboration tools – Teams, Sharepoint, Slack, Miro, etc.
Knowledge or understanding of HTML
Understanding of SEO
Excellent grasp of English for copy editing and proofreading
A passion for digital. You should enjoy working with technology, data, systems and finding efficient ways to solve problems.
Ability to work effectively with many different business stakeholders.
