Exciting new opportunity for a strong Digital Community Manager to join a leading business in the Energy sector. You will be responsible for effectively engaging and moderating multiple online communities in alignment to the community management strategy, primarily on social media and via their employee advocacy programme.
You will work closely with social media leads to ensure best practice and social media governance across multiple social channels for the business. You will have experience working for a large matrix organisation working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
You will be a digital expert, ideally with good knowledge of Hootsuite and Google Analytics. You will have strong social media community management experience, advising and supporting different business areas with their social engagement.
You will have prior experience using social media listening tools (such as Brandwatch) as you will be responsible for monitoring online conversations and alert the business to issues of reputational impact, providing analysis using the tool when required.
You will work with agencies and in-house teams in creating content for use across owned channels. You will also advise other teams on creating relevant content for external channels, i.e. website & social media.
Support in the activation of crisis communications during large scale events.
You will be responsible for creating and distributing content across employee advocacy tools, supporting the expansion of employee advocacy across the business.
This will suit someone who has worked for a large, corporate, matrix organisation that is used to managing/overseeing multiple social channels for various business areas. You will also have very strong stakeholder management skills.
This role can be based in either Hove or Croydon.
