Customer Communications Executive Contract 3- 6 months

Service Provider requires a very detailed Customer Communications professional for an initial 3 – 6 month contract (possible to go perm) to project manage and develop communications to its customer base.  This includes planned and unplanned changes to services and need to be accurate and quick reacting.  Working within organisation and with partners to correctly summarise what changes are and then communicate out to stakeholders and customers. 

Must:

  • Have previous customer communications experience
  • Be extremely organised with attention to detail and track record of accuracy
  • Available at short notice – 3 weeks maximum notice period
