*Fantastic 12 month FTC - Looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join a FTSE 100 business in the Travel/Hospitality sector. Looking for someone to start in or before August.

This is a great opportunity to protect and enhance the reputation of a FTSE 100 business. You will have exposure across all disciplines of external communications including corporate reputation, media relations, executive profiling, sustainability, financial PR and social media. Travel background is not required.

Key responsibilities/skills:

  • Work closely with the Global External Corporate Communications Director to manage the corporate press office through direct proactive and reactive media handling.

  • Support on all PLC regulatory requirements, including developing press releases, messaging an Q&As.

  • Support the messaging for on all aspects of financial calendar activity, including Full/Half Year results and Q1/Q3 Trading Updates.

  • Develop compelling communications that drive awareness and engagement with the organisation’s Responsible Business activities, working in close partnership with CR colleagues and regional communications teams.

  • Manage external content and communications activity around the D&I strategy

  • Work with the team to profile the CEO and to tell the organisation's corporate story.

  • Drive the Corporate social media activity – prior experience and/or strong interest in social media is required.

  • Proven Corporate Communications experience, financial PR experience would be helpful but not mandatory.

  • You will have excellent writing/storytelling skills.

  • This role will suit a driven and collaborate team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.

  • Open to agency or in-house experience.

  • Travel experience not required.

  • PLC experience highly desirable.
