I’m recruiting for a Corporate Communications and Engagement Manager position for a fast growing insurance business.

They are on an aggressive growth plan over the next 12 months to expand to other territories and will be establishing two new divisions.  This is a broad communications role, from an internal communications perspective, it is responsible for delivering their strategic narrative and driving employee engagement during this time of change.  And from an external communications perspective, you will support the building of their reputation and brand messaging across all channels.  Whilst this role position sits at Group level, you will also work to ensure local level activity across the various brands is aligned with overarching strategy, messaging and scheduling.  Other key projects include revamping their website and upgrading their intranet.


This is a 12 month contract paying up to £50,000.  Their offices are in the City and they fully support flexible working.  Successful candidates can work from home up to 3 days a week.  They are looking for someone with an immediate start, but would also consider those on a 4 week notice period.
