Our client – a fast-scaling, product-led Travel-Tech business – is looking to hire a Content Writer with a sharp eye for conversion-focused content. Sitting at the bottom of the marketing funnel, this is a key hire for their lean but high-performing content team.

As their recruitment partner, we're seeking an experienced content professional with a strong grasp of persuasive writing, SEO best practices, and an innate ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. If you’re a natural storyteller who knows how to drive action with words, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Content Creation

  • Craft high-impact content including case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and decision-stage assets designed to convert leads into paying customers.

  • SEO-Driven Copywriting

  • Write content optimised for both humans and search engines—using tools like SEMrush to balance keyword strategy with persuasive messaging.

  • Sales & Product Content

  • Deliver benefit-led, emotionally resonant copy across product pages and feature breakdowns—designed to educate, engage, and drive action.

  • Customer Storytelling

  • Conduct interviews with clients and stakeholders to create compelling case studies and success stories that demonstrate real-world outcomes.

  • Performance Optimisation

  • Monitor and report on content performance across organic, email, and social channels to inform future content strategies and improve results.

  • Drip & Email Campaigns

  • Write highly-targeted, persona-led email sequences aligned to customer journeys and campaign goals.

  • Social Content

  • Create short-form, conversion-led social media content to support awareness, lead gen, and engagement.

  • Content Management

  • Help manage and maintain content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone, message consistency, and localisation where required.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A strong foundation in content marketing or copywriting, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or digital-first environment.

  • Deep knowledge of conversion tactics: CTAs, urgency, social proof, framing, and emotional hooks.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO content workflows: from keyword research to on-page optimisation.

  • Confident conducting interviews with subject matter experts and customers to extract stories and insights.

  • Experience using content platforms like WordPress, Pardot, or equivalent CMS and marketing tools.

  • A strong portfolio / demonstrable history of written content.
