  • Deliver the activities in the communication and engagement plan and calendar, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall Project communications and engagement plan and calendar

  • Create high quality communications content plus materials/collateral that bring clarity and create emotional engagement and enthusiasm from the relevant audiences

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering communications and engagement as part of a complex business transformation programme and in a multi-site, multi-national business (ideally FMCG business)

  • Experience in technology change communications, preferably within the Supply Chain space

  • Confident and comfortable with a fast pace of delivery; can manage multiple priorities at once and can deliver high quality solutions against a backdrop of ambiguity and changing priorities

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
