Housing provider is looking for an experienced Communications professional for a 9-month contract to advise and shape the communications function aligned to the new business strategy. 

Overseeing a small team across both internal and external communications to specifically:

• Review and audit channels and comms strategy and put in recommendations for way forward.
• Ensure media relations and external comms is more proactive rather than reactive, highlight the positives and media train spokespeople.
• Oversee change communications programmes around new IT and ways of working, launching of new channels and working to better engage employees.
• Ideally someone who has contracted before, is able to advise, skill up and provide recommendations on how to implement programmes in the long term.
