Communications Executive

An internationally renowned property investment organisation is looking for a bright, articulate and proactive communications executive to join the team and support on a number of key communications initiatives as the organsation moves through some exciting changes.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a polished writer and digitally savvy, with a solid understanding of key corporate digital platforms and how to repurpose and optimise content across multiple channels.

Sustainability is a critical theme in the organisation, so a passion for and understanding of this issue is a plus!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content creation: create engaging multi-channel content supporting the business’ key aims of delivering lasting social, environmental, and commercial benefit and supporting individual operating company strategies.

  • Media liaison: developing and maintaining strong proactive relationships with trade media across real estate and other sectors; drafting press releases, identifying opportunities and pitching story ideas.

  • Campaign support: contributing to the creation and delivery of high profile multi-channel corporate campaigns.

  • Internal communications: delivering a regular stream of internal communications for key business areas.

  • Innovation: scan for and research new opportunities and best practice to enable the team to continually improve.

  • Direct and enable agency relationships where required, championing excellence and adherence to the organisation’s communications and brand policies.

  • Work with local office teams to manage project marketing initiatives as appropriate, promoting high standards and ensuring message consistency.

  • Team support – ensuring the team grid, external memberships and processes run smoothly.

  • Strategy planning: Support the creation of annual communications plans for the group and key operating companies.
