Great opportunity for a Communications Director to join a Global business in the Travel/Transport sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing Internal Communications strategies for the business to drive employee understanding and engagement. You will launch internal programmes, create exciting content and provide communications consultancy and support to the senior management team.
Prior experience within change communications is required, as you will lead on change related programmes to inform and engage employees, such as a global IT transformation.
Employee engagement – Create opportunities and messaging to engagement employees and boost employee morale.
Effectively lead communications across any issues/crisis situations both internally and externally.
Superb writing skills, you will enjoy and be able to create engaging content across various channels, such as internal messaging, executive communications, speeches etc
Strong stakeholder management skills are required. Providing communications counsel and content support for selected members of the senior management team.
Prior experience working to an international remit.
