An exciting new role working as a client-facing Communications Lead for this major consultancy; a great opportunity for an experienced client facing Account Director or similar looking to further develop their career in a slightly different environment.

The role:

In this role you'll take the lead on client relationships, acting as the initial touch point and working consultatively to understand client requirements and shape a solution to meet their needs. You'll get under the skin of the problem and will build out a programme of activity and services to help your large corporate clients implement best-in-class communications and build their businesses. You'll design tailored customer journeys and the comms interventions required along the way, working with your service delivery teams to provide a solution spanning both technology and content. The role is a pivotal part of a wider commercial team.

About you:

We're looking for someone with extensive client-facing experience, likely from a creative or digital communications agency or a major consultancy. You will be adept at finding and shaping solutions for complex client requirements, drawing on your communications expertise and your technical knowledge of how channels and content can combine to deliver exceptional customer journeys. A creative problem-solver, you'll be familiar with digital communications channels, tools and software and will be able to cut through the jargon to clearly explain your ideas and their benefits. You will be a highly professional, commercially astute self-starter who enjoys the challenge of complex client requirements and will be ready for a more autonomous role.
