A multi-national insurance company is looking for an Internal Communications professional with experience in Change Communications to join its team in London as Communications Business Partner – Transformation, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement.
The company is in the process of delivering the most significant and exciting transformation programme it has ever seen. You’ll help to create the change communications strategy and deliver the communication plans for their 6,000 employees across the business.
You’ll spend your time providing proactive advice and innovative communications solutions to ensure leaders are equipped to tell the change story and keep people informed and engaged on what will be both an exciting and sometimes challenging journey.
The business is fast paced, agile and responsive to stakeholder and employee feedback, so you will need to you to have the ear of people across the business to ensure they are delivering relevant information to the right people when they need to hear it.
You’ll have excellent experience delivering large-scale change programmes across organisational design, and technology and process implementation with an strong eye for detail.
The successful candidate will also have an excellent level of senior stakeholder management as well as proven experience of managing communication strategies for large change programmes. You would be expected to deputise for the Head of IC and Engagement, when required.
- Creating and delivering the communications plans that support the change programmes including; restructures, technology implementation and process changes that impact the whole business
- Ensuring leaders are fully equipped to communicate the changes via coaching, proactive support and the production of excellent briefing materials
- Preparing and delivering employee communications to inform all employees about change initiatives (including remote workers and shift workers)
- Using a variety of channels in the most effective and relevant way to ensure communications are delivered, read and understood.
