Communications and PR Manager – 15 month Maternity Cover

​An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communications and PR professional to join this leading property developer for a 15-month maternity cover. This is a senior role within the communications team and will be responsible for the communications across the company’s largest mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will have 10 + years’ experience in PR including consumer and corporate and ideally have some experience across property PR. They will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team. This individual will also be highly organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple changeable priorities and produce work to a high standard.

Given the nature of this position, you must be available to start January/February 2023.

The role works closely with the Marketing Team to deliver consumer and destination campaigns and events for their developments and on the corporate side, the the role is focused on B2B/leasing communications, planning consultations, ESG strategies, project milestones as well as crisis comms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Corporate and consumer PR strategies and delivery of campaigns for key developments

  • Annual Sustainability report

  • Management of three external PR Agencies and one direct report

  • Ongoing crisis and reputation management support
