Communications & Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communications and Marketing Executive to join this National Property organisation, supporting the Business Partner to implement the communications and marketing strategy and support the organisation’s growth ambitions. The role will suit a proactive self-starter who’s happy to “get stuck in” and work across multiple channels both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement effective communications and marketing campaigns to support key bids and increase brand awareness

  • Support the delivery of the organisation’s events and conferences calendar from ideation to “on the ground” delivery and logistics

  • Creative copyrighting to showcase the Business Unit’s people and capabilities within strategic sectors – across all channels and third-party platforms and publications

  • Implement social media and digital strategies, including leading the social media advocacy group within the business unit

  • Administration to ensure smooth running of communications and marketing function, including managing the project tracker to seek opportunities and obtain content approvals internally and externally and maintain internal channels such as Edi and Yammer with regularly refreshed content

  • You will be self-motivated and have a professional and positive approach to communicate effectively and influence across all levels, along with the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and have strong business analytics, and problem-solving skills supported by solid organisation skills and good working knowledge of office 365

  • Previous experience in a media /marketing/communications field, and a solid knowledge of digital media channels

  • Qualification in either marketing or communications (CIM/CIPR/IOIC or equivalent would be a plus)
