  • To work with our Brand & Marketing team and other staff and volunteer colleagues to develop a comprehensive plan and range of assets/materials to support the communication of the new strategy to both internal and external audiences
  • To support the Assistant Director of Internal Communications & Engagement by leading other internal change management projects as required, including potentially taking oversight of some responsibilities on an interim basis during the transition to new leadership of the Internal Communications & Engagement function during early 2022.

Experience:

  • A strong track record of leading the internal communications and engagement planning and delivery for major, strategic change projects, ideally within a large, multi-location organisation
