International organisation is looking for an experienced  internal communications professional with experience of change communications for an initial 6 month contract to advise project team develop engagement strategy and tactically implement plans for a digital transformation programme. 

Candidates must have previous change communications experience and:

• Demostrate strategic level influencing and coaching
• Able to write for a variety of channels and ensure measurement
• Develop two way comms and capture feedback
• Produce strategy having worked with all areas of the business to understand need and best approach
• Work with wider comms team to ensure consistent approach and aligned messaging
