Erum is a passionate Transformation Communicator & Storyteller with over 10 years’ experience in Agile and tech change communications. She has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, fintech and information technology in Agile transformation, IT and digital delivery programmes, and mobile banking. She works closely with senior leaders on change and transformation communications.
