​Over the last month, VMA GROUP has undergone the transition from private ownership to an employee owned business under an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Julia Meighan, who has been the sole shareholder of VMA GROUP since 2008 and was CEO from 2003, will remain in her role as Chair of VMA GROUP with Andrew Harvey continuing to lead the business as CEO.

Julia is delighted that she is able to ensure a brand legacy for a specialist communications, marketing, digital and change recruitment consultancy that she has spent more than 20 years building.

The recruitment industry can be a challenging environment to work in and it is particularly gratifying that she is able to set up the Trust so that both current and future employees will be able to benefit from and share in the long-term ownership of the business they are working for.
