Our Senior Recruitment Consultant, Jack Pascoe, joined VMA GROUP in 2022, having previously spent five and a half years working in Dubai. After taking a big step to move abroad at the age of 23, Jack worked in Dubai as a digital strategist, supporting a range of businesses with marketing strategies and revenue growth.
Having worked in this global hub for business and travel, Jack has been able to develop strong connections in the Middle East, supporting clients in the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. His expansive network and understanding of the Middle East, has allowed VMA GROUP to establish a more significant brand presence in the region. Understanding the cultural nuances and more traditional corporate values and working styles of the Middle East, gives Jack an advantage in navigating international markets such as these.
On a more personal level, Jack appreciates that his international experience has helped him develop a greater, open-minded approach to recruitment, a trait which has allowed him to connect with individuals of all backgrounds, and know what to truly look for when recruiting top talent.
While the pandemic presented many downfalls, it did however, pave a way for Jack to pivot into recruitment. He now works at VMA GROUP as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising in marketing and digital recruitment and executive search.
