Overview:

Our client, who are the leaders in their field across the Middle East, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Vice President of Marketing & Communications to join their team and drive the advertising and promotion of their company's brand and services. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to identify new business prospects to enhance brand recognition and revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining marketing strategies

  • Overseeing the marketing team's budget and staff, and creating predictions

  • You will be tasked with devising marketing and pricing plans

  • Analysing consumer trends

  • Identifying target audiences to build successful strategies across different channels and segments.

To excel in this role:

  • You will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management and decision-making abilities, and a metrics-driven marketing mind

  • With a keen eye for creativity.

  • A Master's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred

  • You should have at least 10+ years of experience in a marketing executive role

  • With a deep understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

You will be expected to:

  • Enhance the marketing department's organisational structure and personnel flow to attract and retain managers, creatives, and media professionals who are digital natives.

  • You will also work collaboratively across all functions to create compelling marketing that tells a story, focusing on consumer insight to validate concepts.

Other essential requirements include:

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Established contacts with media

  • Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

  • You must be able to travel as necessary and have GCC market experience, particularly with regard to penetration and growth.
