Overview:
Our client, who are the leaders in their field across the Middle East, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Vice President of Marketing & Communications to join their team and drive the advertising and promotion of their company's brand and services. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to identify new business prospects to enhance brand recognition and revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and refining marketing strategies
Overseeing the marketing team's budget and staff, and creating predictions
You will be tasked with devising marketing and pricing plans
Analysing consumer trends
Identifying target audiences to build successful strategies across different channels and segments.
To excel in this role:
You will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and decision-making abilities, and a metrics-driven marketing mind
With a keen eye for creativity.
A Master's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
You should have at least 10+ years of experience in a marketing executive role
With a deep understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
You will be expected to:
Enhance the marketing department's organisational structure and personnel flow to attract and retain managers, creatives, and media professionals who are digital natives.
You will also work collaboratively across all functions to create compelling marketing that tells a story, focusing on consumer insight to validate concepts.
Other essential requirements include:
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Established contacts with media
Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
You must be able to travel as necessary and have GCC market experience, particularly with regard to penetration and growth.
