A FTSE-100 entertainment and gaming organisation is looking for a dynamic Public Relations Senior Manager on a 12-month maternity cover from July 2024.
This is a unique, exciting opportunity to leave a lasting impact on an industry leader during a period of transformation.
The role sits within the IR, Communications & ESG team and plays an integral part of the global communications, driving strategic PR initiatives to enhance corporate brand and protect reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Update and execute corporate communications strategy in line with the business’ strategic objectives.
Lead the proactive global press office and drive a positive storytelling agenda to build trust and raise awareness of corporate brand.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for positive media coverage, thought leadership and PR opportunities.
Develop comprehensive briefing materials for C-suite and ExCo members for media engagement.
Manage the delivery of the corporate communications agency and collaborate with the financial communications agency on key deliverables around the financial calendar.
Oversee the delivery of corporate campaigns including budgeting idea creation, material and asset development, project management and measuring success.
Collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders including social media, internal communications and employer brand.
Key Requirements
Deep understanding of corporate communications practices in-house or within an agency.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
Demonstrable project management experience, leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and drive results.
Experience in a challenging, fast-paced and high pressure environment.
Experience working in regulated industries is desired.
