​Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Investor Relations and ESG professional to join a FTSE100 business in the Tech sector.

Key skills/experience required:

• Support the understanding and importance of Investor Relations within the business by leading regular internal presentations to different parts of the business including to senior leadership.

• You will become the IR lead for one of more of the group’s divisions, becoming the IR ‘expert’ on the division, building strong internal networks, reviewing divisional press releases/Q&A and supporting division specific events.

• You will lead and manage the relationship with nominated equity analysts, review draft research, respond to queries/questions, support/lead sales team presentations and manage guidance expectations.

• Review as required non-IR CFU/CU presentations.

• Represent the business externally and as required, lead IR only roadshows, presentations, sales force presentations and other meetings/events.

• Support investor targeting for IR and senior management roadshows being attended. Lead on development and execution of business briefing event for investors and analysts.

• Write speeches and briefs for use by senior leaders at key events to amplify the strategy and the business’ ESG credentials.

• Lead on ESG reporting directly and via a team forming part of the Annual Report core team and production of the business manifesto report.

• You will have 2 direct reports in ESG to manage and develop.

• You will posses a strong numerical acumen with a good understanding of financial reporting and accounting, financial modelling and valuation.

• You will have an excellent understanding of Capital Markets.

• Strong interest in and experience of the ESG landscape and it’s applications through business strategy.
