​We are looking to recruit an Internal Communication Change specialist with extensive Merger & Acquisition experience to come on board and join a management consultancy going through a period of growth.

We are looking for Senior IC Professionals who have experience working on change communications programmes focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, Culture and Values Change, Internal Brand Change communications, Employee experience and Employee engagement.

In this position, you will:

• Work in partnership with the integration team and project managers across various business areas (HR, IT, Legal etc.). and develop the communications strategies, plans, content and assets for every stage of the process.

• Be a trusted advisor and change communications specialist, you will advise the leadership team on how best to communicate and deliver the communications across each process stage.

• Develop, manage and deliver the change communications plans for the various projects.

• Determine and advise what the best channels are to use, the content and communications you will share and the timeline.

• Use data and measurement to determine the reach and the impact following the communications and adjust accordingly.

• Be a resourceful self-starter and be comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time.

• Have excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience

• Be a strategic thinker who is also happy to get involved and do the doing.

• Willing to use your initiative and try new things

• Solutions focused and a strong problem solver.

• Have Global internal communications change experience
