A brilliant opportunity here for an ambitious media relations pro to take on a pivotal, FTC press office role at a FTSE 100 retail giant and one of the UK’s most high-profile supermarket brands.
Positioned in the wider Corporate Communications team, itself part of a business-wide Corporate Affairs function and with plenty of access to senior leadership, this role is ideal for a polished professional, well-used to busy, media-facing environments and with a calm head when thrust into the thick of a media crisis.

You’ll probably need 5 years or so of experience in agency or in-house environments, perhaps with a background in (but not limited to) financial/professional services, FMCG or tech. You’ll be a credible team player who is entirely comfortable working independently and proactively, whether it be on issues management, advising senior executives or handling the twin-headed beasts of corporate/financial PR and consumer finance.
