Our client is looking for a creative B2C marketing expert with a focus on creating engaging content. This is ideal for someone who has looking to move from an innovative consumer brand into a leading innovative corporate.

VMA Group is working exclusively with a leading b2b corporate to find a creative b2c marketing exec to help spice up engagement campaigns. The role will have a focus on planning and creating content for marketing campaigns design to try and disrupt the market. “Can you make a b2b2c product “instagrammable”?

Responsibilities of the Junior Marketing Manager

  • Content Development Delivery; writing proprietary content on personal finance (especially around retirement planning) and on health
  • Lead content delivery of articles and videos for our various email engagement journeys working with external agencies
  • Manage stakeholders – agencies, subject matter experts, compliance to ensure strong, consumer centric, insightful content is developed
  • Communication; lead the marketing communication planning (multi-channel communications to drive email, text, DM, banner advertising/ PPC, social media and search messaging), suggesting targeting, channel, timing, and content, which will help to enhance the customer experience for our customers and prospects
  • Campaign Delivery; Take ownership and build journeys for delivering specific campaign plans, design to increase engagement on the platform analysing and recommending actions to optimise the impact on key metrics
  • Own the social media strategy; develop content, metrics and learning & optimisation plans

Person Specification of the Junior Marketing Manager

  • Proven Marketing experience in a consumer products or services company
  • Experience developing marketing communications and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills displaying ability to relate and understand the audience’s needs and tailor the communication for maximum impact
  • Organised, detailed focused, and comfortable with handling multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  • Results oriented, driven, self-starter who demonstrates initiative, rigor and tenacity
  • High energy, solution oriented team player with the ability to effectively navigate a matrix organisation to drive results
