Our client a leading global company based in Weybridge, Surrey is looking to hire a Internal Communications Specialist to come on board and join the Communications team during an exciting time for the business.   

Role responsibilities: 

  • Support the business units to develop meaningful messaging and communications standards for internal and external communications that can be applied across the organization
  • Support the development of regional and global social media strategies for internal and external communications. Participate in internal digital media strategies including Walter, Yammer, TV screens, Cisco phones, etc
  • Draft internal communication plans, announcements, employee newsletters and other business communications
  • Manage and edit both the content and schedule for the internal news
  • Draft and develop the communication plans, leading the planning, writing, editing, executing, monitoring and suggested budgeting and submit them for manager’s review & final approval
  • Partner with other functional groups to ensure that all corporate messaging is consistent, timely and appropriate
  • Influence stakeholders to drive consistency and change across the organization
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of global communication SOPs to ensure consistency and adherence to established processes and best practices
  • Identify and collect key metrics to measure communication program effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver Internal Commas Dashboards using excel and PowerPoint

Essential Experience: 

  • Internal communications experience 3-4 years 
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards and presentations 
  • Experience analyzing data, metrics and measurements to produce reports and dashboards for the management team.
