A leading aerospace and defence company is looking for an Internal Communications Partner to join them on a 12-month contract, paying a salary of £48,000 - £52,000 pro rata.

Reporting into the Internal Communications Manager (Acting Head of IC), and sitting in a team of 14 across wider corporate communications, the role holder will have responsibility for managing both business as usual comms and change initiatives, including the Smart Working Programme, a project focused on the future ways of working across the organisation.

The hiring manager is looking for a candidate who has exceptional writing abilities, to manage comms for both light hearted news and business critical updates. Although a 12-month contract, the hiring manager has said there is a possibility of it going permanent longer term.
