​Our £2bn T/O client is looking to expand their internal communications team with this new role, focusing on supporting head office and corporate functions for nationwide retailer. Working alongside your IC colleagues, the role is predominantly home based but you must be able to regularly meet up with you team in/around Bristol, so will likely be based in the southwest.

The role:

In this role you'll support central functions through timely, engaging and informative internal communications, delivered across a variety of channels (SharePoint, mobile app, signage, events, management briefings et al). With a creative flair and strong written communications skills, you'll craft messaging and campaigns that serve to support business goals. As a people-centred business, you'll work closely with HR on issues such as engagement and collaboration.

About you:

You will have a solid background in communications and will be ready for your next career move; ideally you will have worked in a large corporate, responsible for internal communications, and may have an agency-side or wider corporate comms background. A strong writer, great storyteller and creative problem solver, you'll thrice working at pace in a busy environment; additionally, you'll be proactive, self-starting and able to demonstrate prior success in a largely remote role.

The role will be home based, with regular team meets in the southwest and some national travel as needed. The role is offered with a competitive salary and a car allowance.
