​I’m partnering with an international accounting firm to recruit for a Senior Internal Communications Manager.

The role is responsible for leading their internal communications programme for their, which consists of circa 2,000 employees. It will include:

• Planning and delivering the communications approach, ensuring it aligns with the firms vision.

• Working with senior leaders to motivate and engage employees to deliver their very best.

• Embedding the IC framework and drawing on the full suite of channels and engagement tools.

They are looking for someone who has worked in a partnership model or experience in professional services. You will be a great networker who is used to working with senior stakeholders and proven ability in embedding purpose, vision and values.

This is a 12 month contract paying up to £70,000. Their office is based in Central London and all employees are currently working from home. They will resume a hybrid working model once covid restrictions are lifted.
