What’s the job?

I’m working with a Membership body within Financial Services as they look to find and Internal Comms professional to sit within their Content team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys the delivery side of Internal Comms but also for someone who has the experience to bring new ideas and initiatives to a small organisation in their early stages of developing the function. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience and will be comfortable delivering on strategies for campaigns as well as business as usual communications across the organisation.

What do I need to be?

Sitting in a wider Corporate Affairs team, this opportunity is varied and needs a self-starter – someone who would be capable of running with ideas and able to assess the success and react accordingly along the way. Responsibilities may include:

  • Campaign rollout for colleauges

  • Working with senior stakeholders

  • Crafting content for weekly newsletters and producing video content

  • Supporting with townhalls
