Internal Communications Executive (PART TIME)

​We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join the communications team at a well known beverage company. The role will focus on content creation, copywriting and channel management.

The role:

• Supports the production of a broad range of internal content (eg newsletters, articles, videos, emails)

• Copywiritng will be a core aspect of the role and experience is required

• Work across the business to deliver meaningful communications across a range of channels

• Support colleagues by monitoring internal communications mailbox and internal digital communication channels

• Support the delivery of our programme of internal communications with our tone of voice that drives employee engagement

• Create, manage, and deliver content and stories through our primary internal communications channels including our newsletters, , SharePoint Hubs, WorkPlace channels and others

• Represent UK part of global company at communications planning calls

• Ensure messages are engaging, accurate, clear and aligned with business needs. 

• Champion storytelling that reflects and enhances our culture to make sure the business is a great place to be

• Partner with and represent needs of HR and Operational sites in internal communications planning and delivery.

• Support the donation process, liaising with the cross functional team to provide effective service internally and to the external recipients 

Extra Information:

• Part time role (3 days a week)
