We are working with one of the oldest insurance companies in the world, and they are looking to recruit an internal communications executive to come on board and support the wider internal communications team by delivering key elements of the internal communications strategy.

You will be responsible for inspiring, informing, and updating your colleagues about the companies purpose, strategy, and values.

Key responsibilities

• With your excellent networking skills, you will source and create engaging, insightful, and exciting content that will be shared across various internal communications channels.

• Establish and build a network of communications champions around the UK business who can support you with sourcing and sharing content for feel-good stories that will inspire their people

• Support the wider team with Corporate Responsibility and BAU initiatives and work closely with HR and Communications Manager

• Deliver key content for specific communication needs, such as Financial Results and Year-End Announcements

• Own and manage the internal communications infrastructure, including distribution lists, event management, and supplier relationships, ensuring everything is updated and accurate.

Experience

• You are looking to join a fast-paced, corporate and complex organisation within financial services.

• Have internal communications experience and content creation experience.

• Someone with excellent attention to detail

• Strong copywriter and content creator

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time

• Works well under pressure
